Scope before promises.
These answers describe the intended first product boundary. Capabilities that still require technical validation are identified rather than presented as finished.
Who is SeerBoldor intended for?
Industrial automation manufacturers and system integrators whose sales and applications teams respond to complex English-language RFQs containing specifications, schedules, and referenced technical documents.
Does it produce the final customer response?
No. The intended first version produces a review-ready requirement matrix, evidence list, clarification questions, and technical response draft. An authorized engineer retains the final judgment and customer commitment.
Where do proposed answers come from?
The product is designed to use technical sources approved by the customer organization, keeping the document revision and location visible. The exact data architecture and supported repositories remain to be validated.
What happens when evidence is missing?
The requirement remains Unknown, or is marked Partial or Exception when available evidence is incomplete or conflicting. It is then routed to engineering review rather than completed from general model knowledge.
Does SeerBoldor calculate pricing or delivery dates?
Not in the defined first version. Pricing, margin, capacity, and delivery commitments are outside the current scope.
Does it automatically email customers or update an ERP?
No. Automatic sending and CRM, CPQ, or ERP updates are outside the first product boundary.
Which file formats are supported?
The concept targets common RFQ materials such as PDF, Word, and Excel files. Exact format, scan quality, drawing, and attachment limits require implementation testing and are not yet guaranteed.
Can we submit a real RFQ through this website?
No. This site currently requests contact and workflow information only. Do not submit customer RFQs, drawings, credentials, or other confidential technical documents.
Is the product already certified or deployed?
This website presents an illustrative product concept. It does not claim current customer deployment, security certification, measured accuracy, or audited performance.
